Due to the evolution of operating system, part of the MPI/API library components of servo drive products are unable to update. New feature development and technical support for servo drive’s MPI/API library and firmware to mega-ulink protocol (MoE) will be discontinued after the final version is released.
Product warranty for the drives that previously adapted MPI/API library or mega-ulink protocol remains in effect, but they will no longer support Windows 11 or above versions. Please refer to the end-of-support notice for detail information.

- Recommended replacement: We will provide an API library that supports USB connection in October 2024. Customers can switch the connection mode and adopt an industrial-grade USB hub to maintain the existing applications with less than five axes.
